Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 14h00 to 22h00
- Check-out: 10h00
- Early arrivals must be arranged with reservations beforehand
- Guests must present positive identification and the credit card used for the booking at check-in
Rates and Reservations
- Rates are quoted per apartment per night in South African Rand and include VAT
- A 100% deposit is required when making a reservation
- Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- Reservations can be made by calling 031 566 2213
- Extensions of stay are subject to availability and the same apartment may not always be available

Swimming Pool
Guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool between 06h00 and 21h00. Children under 12 years may not be left unattended. Pool towels are available on request. Pool depth is 1.75 metres.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on-site. Guests should use the parking bays allocated to their apartment. Please travel at a maximum speed of 10 km/h within the complex and avoid excessive noise that may disturb other guests.
House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments
- A fine of R1000 applies for smoking in the apartment
- No pets are allowed
- A fine of R2000 applies for bringing pets onto the property
- No parties are allowed
- No laundry is permitted on balconies
- Visitors are not permitted after 10pm
- Apartments are not serviced on Sundays and public holidays
- Maximum occupancy:
- 1-bedroom apartment: 2 guests
- 2-bedroom apartment: 4 guests
Safety and Security
For your convenience and peace of mind:
- Each apartment includes a safe for storing valuables
- Guests are encouraged not to leave valuables unattended
- Complimentary secure parking is available
- The property has 24-hour security
- In case of emergency, guests should contact security via intercom
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival
- Any refunds granted are subject to a 10% administration fee
- All cancellations must be received in writing
